The plant technician monitors your plant’s needs, watering them with the frequency they need to grow and look their best in an interior environment. As the number one killer of plants is water - and more often than not, it's too much water - it's vital that this is done right every time.

Each plant has a different watering style required for it to thrive - and the amount of water needed will changed depending on the available light. This makes for an ever changing enviroment, as the seasons change.

Interior environments circulate a lot of dust and dirt in the air. Your plant tech will mitigate this with a regular dusting to keep your plant looking good. While we dust the plants, we shine the leaves, keeping them looking as good as they day they were installed. 

To keep your plant looking healthy and  looking in the same shape as the day of initial installation, your specialist will remove old leaves and trim down the plant to ensure optimal growth and appearance. Depending on your preferences, we can train trailing plants to climb or hang or be more bushy. 

Depending on your plants, they may need regular fertilizing, which your plant tech will track and take care of.

Most plants in an office environment don't have natural access to the nutrients that would be found in their natural environments - so we feed them on every visit. This keeps them looking healthy and happy. (nobody wants a sad 

Plant Escape technicians know what to look for regarding disease and pest infestations. Using nontoxic solutions, they can handle any problems that arise.

In Colorado we typically see scale, spider mites and mealy bug. These pests can come in on visitors or other plants added to the environment. We can handle any of these bugs and get your plant back in great shape.
